What is love?

The old saying goes that love is patient, kind, and never fails. Do you believe this to be true? Giving your all to someone puts one of the two into a receiving position. Are your intentions pure, or is there a hidden agenda behind the sweet words, subtle looks, and the nice gifts? I believe that we have reached a point where individuals are so afraid of being hurt that they hold back instead. We have reached a point where individuals think that monetary solutions can solve emotional issues. We have reached a point where individuals think that as long as he is spending money, he must love me! Until we wake up in our spirits and realize that this satisfaction is only temporary and is not at all fulfilling.
